The villa is booked to one party at a time, which means the pool, the terrace and the hot spring belong to your family alone for the length of your stay — with no other guests sharing the space, and no schedule but your own.
With no other guests on the property, the family can enjoy the pool at its own pace, while breakfast — a soft bagel sandwich set, salmon and basil or blueberry and honey cream cheese — is prepared in the villa's own kitchen.
The tatami room, laid out with four futons, gives younger children a comfortable space to rest in the afternoon heat — leaving parents free to unwind for a while in the natural hot spring bath next door.
A glamping-style BBQ plan featuring Awaji Island's own produce, grilled on the terrace as the sky changes colour over the water — or, for a quieter evening, ingredients of your own choosing prepared in the villa's kitchen.

Two sister properties, made with the same devotion to privacy and to place.
A waterfront villa on the coast of Awaji Island, with sauna, natural hot spring, an infinity pool and a private dog run — the whole property held for one group a day.
