Surrounded by the sea, Awaji Island is known across Japan for its seafood, beef and vegetables. Every dining option here draws on that reputation — served in the privacy of your own villa, with no dining room to share.
A reservation-only sushi restaurant stands on the same grounds as the villa, showcasing exceptional seafood landed along the Yura coast — known for its high-quality local seafood.
Its name is written with the character 庖 — from 庖丁, the kitchen knife — in place of the more common 烹 usually seen in "kappo" cuisine. The unusual character reflects the chef's deep respect for traditional knife craftsmanship.
Chef Kosuke Yamaga of the renowned local seafood restaurant Kaizan prepares a private catering course inside the villa itself. Additional private-chef arrangements are also available on request for bespoke, in-villa dining.

An Awaji Island-style BBQ plan, featuring the island's own seasonal produce and grilled on your own terrace.

Choose from a savory salmon, basil and onion bagel or a sweet blueberry, honey and cream cheese option — a soft, chewy bagel breakfast delivered to the villa.

Bring your own ingredients or shop locally for Awaji Island produce, then enjoy cooking in the villa's fully equipped kitchen.
